Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Strategic Partners Experienced Agent Launch
  • Execute Strategic Partners' lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with clients, convert with signed agreements and implement strategic plan
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
  • Track tasks and activities in Strategic Partners technology
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily skill building per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and partner call
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Work closely with Showing Assistant to ensure clients goals are realized and a 5 star experience is delivered
  • Implement growth plan

Qualifications

  • Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
  • Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions
  • Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally adept at handling objections
  • Strong communicator with a dedication to service
  • Collaborative team member
  • Licensed real estate agent
  • Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Highly organized
  • Open to learning new techniques
  • Superior time management skills

Compensation

$99,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
