• Assists with preparing marketing materials.
• Reviewing and Editing marketing materials for spelling and grammatical errors
• Keeping consultation forms ready-to-grab for agents such as: Brokerage Forms, Audio/Video Waivers, Buyer’s and Sellers Guides, standard open house materials (like the open house disclosure, sign in sheets)
• Writing blog posts for our newsletter
• Helps gather reviews
• Helps organize in-person team meetings, events, sponsorships
• Assists team with coordination and installation of listing signs
• Support operations team with Database, and Data Entry
