Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

Own your role as a leader in the following areas for our team:

  • Photography Scheduling & Editing – Schedule our team’s new listing photography, 3D tour and drone imagery while ensuring our photography partners produce beautiful, high-quality listing visuals that enhance online visibility, editing content for current needs of the client and for future marketing campaigns. 
  • Client Experience & Office Hospitality – Greet and assist clients in person, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Marketing & Brand Support – Ensure all signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials are placed, updated, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Meeting & Presentation Prep – Organize materials, presentations, and logistics for team meetings and events, community educational seminars, client consultations, and recruiting sessions.
  • Real Estate Transaction Support – Prepare necessary materials for buyer and seller appointments.
  • Office Organization & Efficiency – Maintain a clean, functional workspace that promotes productivity and positive team culture.
  • Inventory & Supply Management – Keep essential office and marketing supplies stocked, including Buyer and Seller guides, folders, and branded materials.
  • Document Management & Compliance – Handle physical and digital files, ensuring all paperwork is scanned, organized, and properly stored.
  • Financial & Transactional Support – Assist with earnest money deposits, commission checks, and title company document deliveries as needed. 
  • Community Engagement & Events – Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting team-building activities, client appreciation events, and community outreach.
  • Recognition & Relationship Building – Manage client and agent appreciation efforts, including thank-you notes, birthday treats, anniversary gifts, and other special achievements and touchpoints.
  • Operational Support & Troubleshooting – Oversee office equipment, software, and key management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Listing & Closing Backup – Be cross-trained to step in when needed for listing coordination and transaction closing processes for the team.
  • Events & Giveaways – Assist with planning and promoting team, client, and community events to strengthen relationships and expand reach.
  • Reputation & Referrals – Manage and encourage client reviews, testimonials, and referral program.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution – Runs, maintains and expands social media local marketing- Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Biz, etc. with scheduled posts and updates.

Other Details: 

  • Compensation DOE ($15-$25/hour)
  • This position is expected to be in-office
  • Monday through Friday 20-25 hours a week
  • This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business growth

$15.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
