As an assistant to Spencer Childers, you will engage with me daily. This dynamic position encompasses duties as a showing agent, administrative responsibilities, accounting tasks, and personal sales activities.

• Compensation: $2,500 per month plus a 5% gross commission from Spencer.
• Additional Opportunities: Leverage your personal network of friends and family, enjoying a 50% team split.
• Potential Earnings: Total compensation ranges from $40,000 to $70,000.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED (Enrolled in Real Estate Classes also acceptable)
• Team player
• Work with clients to show them homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Prep Listing Paperwork
• Generate task list for Spencer Daily
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Sort Financial transactions and add receipts
• Generate reports on rental properties
• Errands
• Pay Bills

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
