This multifaceted role includes responsibilities as a showing agent, administrative tasks, accounting, and personal sales activities.
- Compensation: $2,500/month plus 5% Gross Commission from Spencer.
- Additional Opportunities: Work with your own network of friends and family, benefiting from a 50% team split.
- Potential Earnings: Total compensation ranges from $40,000 to $70,000.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED (Enrolled in Real Estate Classes also acceptable)
- Team player
- Work with clients to show them homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Prep Listing Paperwork
- Generate task list for Spencer Daily
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Sort Financial transactions and add receipts
- Generate reports on rental properties
- Errands
- Pay Bills

Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
