As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Red Sign Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of our lead generation and client engagement efforts. You’ll be responsible for contacting prospective buyers and sellers, building relationships, and setting appointments for our team of agents. This position is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Your role will be to convert warm leads into sales opportunities through strategic follow-up and relationship-building efforts.

• Lead Prospecting: Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads to generate interest and qualify opportunities.
• Database Nurturing: Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of over 70,000 leads using our CRM system.
• Client Engagement: Build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers and sellers to guide them through their real estate journey.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments for agents, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear communication.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and local real estate developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Consistent Follow-Up: Implement a consistent follow-up strategy to maintain relationships and convert leads into active clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our agents and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and share feedback.

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or real estate role preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and text with diverse client groups.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and real estate technology platforms (Brivity preferred).
• Motivation & Drive: A self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
• Utah Real Estate License: Not required, but a plus if already obtained or willing to pursue.

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
