Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion, providing insights and feedback from client interactions.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations, coordinating with clients and sales agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with clients post-interaction to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients and provide relevant information.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate, or a degree in business or marketing, is a plus.
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
