Responsibilities

  • Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch to master PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
  • Nurture and transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Develop and convert outbound sales opportunities into appointments
  • Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents
  • Oversee database management and productivity reporting
  • Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice
  • Establish yourself as a local real estate expert
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Exceptional at building rapport and thrive in people-centric environments
  • Passionate about sales and adept at converting leads
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up consistently
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaborative goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
  • Quick to learn and internalize scripts
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Real estate license is a plus

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
