As the Director of Sales & Lead Agent, you will play a dual role—leading and mentoring agents while actively growing your own real estate business within our top 1% team. This is an opportunity to sell at a high level while driving team performance, coaching agents, and implementing proven sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Personal Sales Production – Actively prospect, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions using proven scripts and strategies.
- Team Leadership & Coaching – Mentor agents, conduct role-play sessions, and lead by example in prospecting and conversion techniques.
- Sales Accountability – Monitor agent performance, set production goals, and implement strategies to drive team success.
- Pipeline Management – Oversee the team's sales funnel, ensuring consistent lead follow-up, client communication, and deal flow.
- Training & Development – Lead sales meetings, call nights, and skill-building sessions to foster growth and accountability.
- Client Experience Excellence – Ensure that both you and the team deliver world-class service, maintaining strong client relationships and referrals.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications – Director of Sales & Lead Agent
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in the state of operation
- Proven sales success in residential real estate, with a track record of high-volume production
- 3+ years of real estate experience (preferably with leadership or coaching experience)
- Strong ability to prospect, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions
- Experience with negotiations, contracts, and client relationship management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions and team responsibilities
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, transaction management tools, and digital marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing agents in a team setting
- Familiarity with PLACE systems, tools, and standards (or similar real estate platforms)
- Prior leadership role in sales training, recruiting, or performance coaching
- Experience running call nights, sales meetings, and conversion workshops
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and sales KPIs
