This position is a 1099/commission-only role.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - 90 Day Onboarding Training
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 20 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards (Meetings, Power Ups, Call Nights, Client Appreciation events, etc)
- Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and our Friday Partner Call
- Be able to track your tasks and activities within our CRM

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
