• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive property tours.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Avalon, USA
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in real estate software and MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
