Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Possess a self-driven and competitive nature in sales.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to establish rapport, actively listen, and identify client needs.
- Excel in prospecting and generating leads.
- Naturally adept at overcoming objections.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to service.
- Collaborative team member.
- Hold a valid real estate license.
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Highly organized.
- Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
Compensation
$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
