We are currently seeking agents in the following areas: Akron/Stark County, East side of Cleveland, West side of Cleveland, and Portage County.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Organize and conduct property tours and open houses to present properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate terms of purchase agreements, contracts, and closing documents with all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, and other agents.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, property valuations, and zoning regulations to provide clients with accurate and current information.
  • Build and sustain a network of professional contacts, such as mortgage lenders, contractors, and inspectors, to support transaction processes.
  • Create and deliver detailed market analyses to clients, aiding them in making well-informed decisions.
  • Leverage multiple listing services (MLS) and other real estate databases to identify properties that align with clients' requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
