• Assist clients in buying and selling homes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Prepare and present comparative market analysis to clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
• Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and other marketing activities to attract potential buyers.
• Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.

• Active Washington State Real Estate License
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of the Seattle real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$100,001 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
