• Lead generate for 15 hours a week, including leveraging social media to attract and engage buyer clients.
• Conduct two open houses monthly to showcase properties and connect with potential buyers.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide them through the home-buying process.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyer clients to close deals effectively.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
