Responsibilities

  • Gain a solid grasp of the local real estate scene to smartly price and position properties for sale.
  • Craft and implement marketing plans to showcase listings, using online platforms, open houses, and print ads.
  • Arrange and lead property tours for potential buyers, offering detailed insights and addressing any inquiries.
  • Handle negotiations for offers and counteroffers to secure the best terms for clients.
  • Prepare and review all necessary paperwork for property sales, ensuring everything is accurate and legally sound.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service and support throughout the buying or selling journey.
  • Work closely with other real estate experts, like appraisers, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on listing properties.
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
