• Implement PLACE lead generation systems and standards weekly
• Host two open houses monthly
• Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
• Engage in team activities and daily script sessions
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Show expertise in pricing, showing, and listing services
• Negotiate offers for sellers

• Self-motivated team player with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport and identifying solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
• Natural at overcoming objections, with dedication to service
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
