Work alongside a talented team to launch, market, negotiate, and sell over 10 homes each month. We provide you with pre-qualified leads to kickstart your journey.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Participate in team events and activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
  • Record activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$85,000 - $220,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
