• Partner with a top producing real estate team leader to help them deliver the dream of homeownership 
• Support the team leader in the Listings preparation process, including the completion of important contract documents
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Show buyers homes
• Be present for any onsite sales related needs
• Manage tasks and records in Brivity database 
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice and other team activities
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Call
