• Execute PLACE lead generation and technology systems daily 
• Conduct 1+ open houses per week
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify listing and off-market homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers

You are an intrinsically motivated with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$45,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
