• Represent GARNER+CO in the acquisition and disposition of luxury properties, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust network of clients, investors, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
• Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to furnish clients with precise and current information on property values and market trends.
• Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and private tours for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with buyers and sellers to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Remain well-versed in local and national real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide authoritative advice.
