We are looking for a dynamic professional to expertly handle the Operator's schedule, communications, and daily tasks. The perfect candidate will be proactive, capable of anticipating needs and priorities, and assertive in highlighting when focus is necessary. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and enjoys creating efficient systems and memorable client experiences.

• Maintain all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, social media presence, client care systems including, events, and referrals. 
• Provide a world-class experience for clients and sphere through phone, email, and text on behalf of the Operator through contract and beyond.
• Manage the team’s social media presence by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and monitoring engagement.
• Support the growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Operator.
• Plan and execute multiple events per year for clients that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
• Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submitted through the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide general administrative support.

$17.00 - $19.00 USD Hourly
