Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the welcoming first voice on incoming calls, ensuring clients
and team members feel heard and valued.
- Streamline Workflow Systems: Develop, implement, and refine systems to improve efficiency
and team productivity.
- Enhance Communication: Manage internal communications to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.
- Support Leadership Initiatives: Assist the team leader in executing goals and driving key
projects.
- Elevate Experiences: Deliver a concierge-level experience for our agents, customers, and team
members.
- Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and moments campaigns, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals.
- Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, PLACE Technology.
- Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
- Execute PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing trainings.
Qualifications
- Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication with excellent phone etiquette.
- Organizational Expert: Master multitasker with exceptional time management skills.
- Project Ownership: Proactively lead projects and consistently provide status updates.
- Critical Thinker: Problem-solve effectively and overcome daily challenges.
- Adaptable and Focused: Stay organized while handling changing priorities.
- Proactive Team Player: Approach tasks with a "do whatever it takes" mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
- Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
- Skilled at protecting the time and resources of leaders and team members
- Experience with Google Apps for Business
Your Background:
- Experience: 1+ years in operations, administration, or a similar role with CRM exposure.
- Track Record: Proven success in improving systems and contributing to team dynamics.
- Education: High school diploma required; real estate license preferred.
- the Bonus Skills: Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Compensation
$20.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
