• Develop expertise in Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer to enhance productivity and efficiency for our real estate agents.
• Prepare and sustain comprehensive company status reports and tracking systems.
• Design, implement, and manage all systems related to transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing.
• Oversee all financial systems for the team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and profit and loss statements.
• Supervise all contracts from listing launch through to closing.
• Develop and maintain the team’s operations manual, documenting all systems and standards.
• Lead the hiring, training, and coaching of operations team members.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate operations is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
