In this pivotal second-in-command role, you will ensure the seamless daily operations and long-term success of our team. • Accounting & Financial Oversight:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Oversee the team’s financial records and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, manage, and adhere to the annual budget.
• Agent Retention & Support:
  • Build strong relationships with team agents to foster engagement and retention.
  • Address agent concerns and proactively implement strategies to enhance their satisfaction and success within the team.
• Staff Leadership:
  • Directly manage and support staff members, ensuring alignment with team goals and efficient performance.
  • Provide coaching, set clear expectations, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure compliance with team policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement systems to enhance productivity and service delivery.
