Responsibilities

Team Support:
Conduct regular check-ins and provide guidance to agents.
Assist with onboarding new agents and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training.
Manage systems for lead generation, CRM platforms, and agent performance tracking.
Provide basic marketing and social media support to agents.
Facilitate team trainings and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Leadership Support:
Coordinate listing tasks, such as scheduling photography and signage.
Assist with planning team and client events.
Help maintain and organize client and transaction records.
Support leadership in managing key business systems and operations.

Qualifications

Active real estate license (required)
Experience in real estate operations or team management is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and real estate platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
