Job Summary

Minegar Gamble Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at our Boise office located at 1065 S Allante Pl. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, market insights, and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and successful real estate experience for our clients. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive property tours.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay compliant with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Idaho
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
