• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$65,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

The John Eddy Team – Powered by PLACE, is a growing team in the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky area. If you are an experienced real estate agent, a new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads and the coaching that will take you to a six-figure income! We are looking for someone who is HUNGRY. All we require from you coming in the door, is the willingness to Learn, Practice, and Do the Activities.

Our team members spend more time doing what they love most (helping families, selling homes, and making money) and less time doing what they don't like (time-consuming paperwork, processing, and coordinating). We have a full-time virtual assistant to handle your transaction paperwork from contract to close, which gives you more time to go out and find more business and close more deals.
