You will play a key role in understanding and meeting their clients’ needs, utilizing knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legal requirements. You will work with various stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, and inspectors, to ensure smooth and successful transactions. Success in this role requires strong sales and customer service skills, thorough knowledge of local real estate markets, and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and regulations.

• Market and list properties for sale or rent, ensuring effective promotion
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings
