• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and current information.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

• Valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License
• Proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the Washington, PA area and local market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

$55,000 - $109,000 USD Yearly
