Responsibilities:

Graduate from Our Agent Launch Program:

Our comprehensive 86-day launch program sets you up for real estate success. On average, new agents come out of launch with 3+ transactions, with seasoned agents averaging over 9. You’ll learn all the skills and strategies that make you effective from day one.

Help Clients Buy and Sell Homes with Confidence:

You’ll work closely with buyers, using our perfected presentation and offer systems to secure the right home for each client. For sellers, you’ll master our listing presentations, marketing strategies, and negotiation techniques to ensure top-dollar results.

Generate and Convert Leads:

Expect to lead generate at least 10 hours a week, using scripts, strategies, and consistent practices that drive success. Our team provides you with everything you need to succeed in this essential area.

Host Open Houses & Build Your Presence:

Open houses are key in real estate, and you’ll host multiple open houses each month while balancing work and life. With our guidance, you’ll become a pro at turning open house interactions into genuine client relationships.

Be Part of a Collaborative Team Culture:

We have a “show up, work hard” mentality. Agents meet in the office three or more days weekly to train, dial, door-knock, and engage on social media together. We organize team activities and client events to keep you engaged, inspired, and connected.

Access Weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training, and Accountability:

We treat real estate as a career, not a hobby. With weekly coaching sessions, team calls, and our PLACE Technology system, you’ll have clear goals and tracking to guide you to success.
