• Create and maintain company status reports and tracking
• Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
• Execute team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
• Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
• Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
• Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.
• Build talent acquisition, recruiting and retention systems.
