Show up ready to lead generate, listen to your buyers needs and demonstrate patience as you identify the property that meets your clients’ financial and personal goals.

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct 2-3 open houses per month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through Brivity
• Assist clients in the home buying process, providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying journey.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local neighborhoods to provide clients with accurate information.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Active real estate license with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a commitment to being coachable.

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
