• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
• Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

• Driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Adept at building strong relationships and discerning client requirements
• Experienced in prospecting, generating leads, and overcoming objections
