Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch with Agent Implementation Trackers at 100% completion
- Work with a real estate agent, join them in listing consultations and throughout the home selling process
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Review offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Generate Leads for a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

- MUST either about to obtain within 2 weeks or already possess a current, active real estate license (newcomers are welcome!)

- High school diploma holder or higher
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
