Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Familiar with online job posting tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Proficient in G-suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Windows and IOS 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to consent to a background check 

Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

  • Recruit agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Improve our recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
  • Set up interviews, select candidates based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and work with the team to get the new agents through the onboarding process, also consistently follow up with candidates who were not selected. Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful

Compensation

$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
