Responsibilities

  • Professional Development - Enhance your career with PLACE Agent Launch, personalized weekly coaching, script practice, and regular training sessions.
  • Lead Generation - Improve your expertise by implementing PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
  • Client Consultation - Utilize PLACE systems and technology to confidently assist buyers and sellers throughout their real estate transactions.
  • Negotiation - Employ proven scripts and techniques to successfully negotiate offers for your clients.
  • Task Management - Monitor and manage your activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Open Houses - Host four open houses each month.
  • Lead Conversion - Master and apply effective conversion techniques to turn prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Technology Utilization - Leverage advanced PLACE Technology to streamline client interactions and achieve both personal and professional goals while providing exceptional service.
  • Transaction Coordination - Rely on our dedicated success team to handle 80% of transaction management tasks from contract to closing.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
