Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Fulcrum PLACE Launch
  • Execute Fulcrum PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$100 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

85% of realtors quit the business within 2 years of passing their exam. We are looking for a few sales representatives. A current real estate license is required. We take all expenses off your plate and support you at the highest level. We help you build your business, provide you leads, appointments, dedicated marketing managers, a dedicated coach, and mentor. Our client care division manages your contracts and listings from writing them for you to managing your listing to live and contract through closing.The bottom line is you need to show up ready to work and win. We will teach you and support you at every step of the way.
