• Attend IGNITE training and BOLD training programs
• Work with sales agents to guide their clients to find and view homes or rentals
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine client's search criteria
• Assist in writing and negotiating offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients (when licensed)
• Lead generate a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Participate in script practice and role plays per agent/team standards
• Participate in Keller William office activities/events per agent/team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and accountability sessions
• Track tasks and activities in COMMAND CRM Technology platform
