The average real estate agent only sells 5-6 homes per year :( Unfortunately, that's not quite enough to live the life that most people want when they start their real estate careers. PLACE rookies sell 24-75 homes in their first full 12 months!! :)

When I started my real estate career at the tender age of 26 back in 2007 (yes, I'm 40) I had no idea what I was doing. To make things worse, we were heading into the worst real estate market since the 1980's Savings & Loan Crisis. I was very average. Only 5 sales and 6 leases in my first year. My average sales price was only $105,000...pretty dang average. By the summer of 2010, I was ready to quit. I only had $400 in income from Dec 2009 through May 2010. I was broke and desperate. Then I hired a coach. From June 2010 through Dec 2010 I sold 18 houses. In 2011, I sold 38 houses. In 2012, I sold 45 houses. I haven't wondered where my next paycheck was coming from since then.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Complete 1000-dial day on your first day
  • Consult with new homebuyers
  • Search for homes that match client criteria
  • Write and negotiate purchase offers
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and our ALL Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities (KPI's) in company-provided tech

Qualifications

Our system is designed for you to do what you do best: conduct buyer & seller consultations, negotiate contracts, and service clients. You must have these qualifications to succeed:

  • Ability to easily & quickly form relationships with new people
  • Handle rejection easily and move on after failures
  • Persistent and relentless pursuit of a goal
  • Can communicate simply and succinctly
  • Proficient in negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with popular phone apps and desktop/laptop programs
  • Not scared to ask someone to do something
  • DNA is verified as deriving from a Tiger
  • No experience required
  • MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO START

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
