Our 30-60-90 day training program will equip you with the skills needed to thrive, while our team of virtual assistants ensures you can focus on providing exceptional client service. As a Showing Assistant, you’ll work closely with buyers to schedule and conduct property showings, gather feedback, and assist in finding their perfect home. • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
• Participate in team activities per team standards
