Join our team as a Showing Assistant and collaborate with seasoned real estate experts in the greater Seattle Area. Dive into the dynamic real estate market and showcase stunning homes throughout Seattle. Applicants must hold a valid Washington State real estate license or be actively engaged in real estate studies. We seek ambitious, self-driven individuals who are looking for more than just a job. Successful completion of training opens the door to advancement as a full agent.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$85,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
