• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with an Agent Partner to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Earns more income by Lead generates a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice, so you know exactly what to say to Increase Your Sales
• Shows up as a member of a Productive and Present team to improve skills each week
• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call with Top Team Members
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
