We are seeking a part-time intern to take charge of our social media accounts. This role involves creating engaging content, managing posts, and interacting with our online community to enhance our brand presence.

• Writing posts and crafting captions
• Creating social media campaigns
• Performing research for the social media team
• Tracking analytics for social media campaigns
• Creating social media posting schedules
• Analyzing the organization’s social media performance
• Taking part in brainstorming sessions
• Liaising with other marketing activities

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for real estate and a keen interest in market trends
• Previous experience in social media management or internships in a related field is a plus
