• Attract and recruit new sales talent to the team.
• Coach and train sales professionals, ensuring they achieve their goals through accountability.
• Develop expertise in mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all aspects of homeownership.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, regular training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership training.
• Become proficient in PLACE Technology.
• Participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
• Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement related systems.
• Continuously grow as a real estate sales professional by prospecting and consulting with clients.
• Maintain and create new marketing campaigns.
• Oversee contract negotiations.
• Ensure sales professionals effectively utilize database capabilities and leads.
