Unfortunately, the average annual income for a real estate agent is only $49,500.

However, we have a unique problem. We possess a wealth of resources, including leads, systems, models, tools, and coaching, that can enable first-year agents to earn $144,000 or more. The catch is that most individuals are not willing to put in the necessary effort. Mastery in this field takes time, specifically around 10,000 hours. Many people enter the real estate business with the misconception that it resembles the glamorous depictions seen on TV shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset, where luxury homes are showcased within days. The reality is different. If your motivation for pursuing a career in real estate is solely based on these unrealistic expectations, our team may not be the right fit for you.

We are actively seeking ambitious and driven individuals who possess leadership qualities. We are looking for individuals who are willing to devote 40 hours per week to building a successful real estate career with unlimited potential. We want to collaborate with people who genuinely care about making a positive impact on others' lives, whether it involves assisting a single mother in purchasing a $200,000 condo or securing a $2,000,000 listing. Many of our agents have achieved earnings around $144,000 to $150,000 in their first year, with some even surpassing $500,000.

MUST HAVE A FL REAL ESTATE LICENSE. This is a full time, commission based position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly 
  • Conduct two open houses monthly 
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

FL Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1 year (Required)

Real Estate: 1 year (Required)

Compensation

$144,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
