• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Organize and host two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice following team standards
• Participate in team activities as per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert leads into signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information
