Collaborate with the leadership team, agents, and administrative staff to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at boosting brand visibility and engagement.

Organize and execute impactful events such as trade shows, conferences, open houses, and customer loyalty gatherings to enhance brand recognition and foster customer interaction.

Design and refine marketing materials for both print and digital media, including graphic design and video editing, to effectively support marketing initiatives.

Oversee the company's digital presence, including social media channels and websites, ensuring consistent and engaging brand communication.

Host 3-4 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training and partner calls

Track tasks and activities in PLACE technology
