Active Ohio Real Estate License or commitment to acquire one before employment begins.

At least 2 years of real estate sales experience, with a solid history of successful transactions.

Deep knowledge of the Dayton and/or Cincinnati Ohio real estate market and its surroundings.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing client expectations.

Capable of working autonomously with little oversight and collaboratively as part of a team.

Access to a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
