Real Estate Agent

Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, home tours, and open houses.

Provide feedback and communicate buyer preferences to the lead agent to facilitate the selection process.

Ensure all property information is accessible to clients during showings.

Maintain and manage client database and follow up with potential buyers in a timely manner.

Support the lead agent in preparing and submitting offers and closing documents.

Uphold a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, sales, or related field is a plus

Active real estate license in the state of Texas or willingness to obtain one before employment

Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or a similar customer service-oriented role

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
