Full-time position

Dedicate 2-5 hours per day following up with leads provided by our team

Utilize scripts provided to engage with potential clients

Lead generate by cold calling, door knocking, etc.

Conduct market research to identify potential properties that align with our investment criteria

Write and negotiate offers and contracts

Desire to earn at least $100,000 per year

Willingness to follow a proven plan for success

Excellent communication skills

Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus

Real estate license is preferred but not required.
